We're a small US-based team. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Pacific, and we monitor support outside business hours for outages.
- Support — within one business day, usually faster.
- Outage or service-impacting bug — within a few hours, including weekends. Email support@businessbot.us with "URGENT" in the subject.
- Security disclosures — initial acknowledgement within 48 hours. See the Security page for our disclosure policy.
- Sales & partnerships — within two business days.

If you're pitching a service, integration, or partnership:
- Send the one-line pitch first. We'll ask for the deck if it's a fit.
- Tell us how it helps service businesses — salons, dental, fitness, auto, vet, home services. Generic SMB pitches usually aren't.
- Include a working sandbox or demo link, not a calendar invite.
